Summer and party venue

Lauluranta, built in the 1970s, is located in Loviisa on the shores of the wild Särkjärvi Lake and about a 20-minute drive from Ruotsinpyhtää / Strömfors ironworks at Pikkukämpäntie 135, 07960 Ahvenkoski. You can find photos of Lauluranta in the web page photo gallery and Google Maps.

Lauluranta is suitable for, among other things,

• quiet parties,
• sauna evenings,
• company training, team building and team days, and
• music rehearsals, as well asa base for a wilderness trip.

Lauluranta has a main building, a sauna building, a grill shelter and eco-toilets. You can enjoy the beautiful and peaceful atmosphere of Särkjärvi by spending time together, enjoying a lakeside sauna, swimming, fishing and rowing and enjoying grilled food.

Renters

Lauluranta can be rented by companies, associations and private individuals. The rental season starts in May and continues until the end of September, depending on the weather and spring cleaning.

Accommodation

Accommodation is possible in the main building (a few mattresses in the hallway), in the sauna fireplace room and in a tent outside. There is room for approximately 15-20 guests indoors. You must bring your own camping mattresses and sleeping bags. There is no linen provided for guests at Lauluranta.

Buildings and services

Main building max. 60 people

• veranda, hall and kitchen

• kitchen includes refrigerator, electric stove, cooking utensils, coffee set and coffee and water kettle (hot water heating with stove, sauna kettle or kettle)
• hot water as water from the sauna's water pump or directly from the lake (Note: You must bring your own drinking water!)
• in the hall tables and chairs, electric piano, whiteboard, flipchart and large open fireplace to create an atmosphere
• vacuum cleaner and other cleaning equipment
• a few mattresses in the main building, no beds

Sauna building:

• sauna and dressing room for approx. 10 people
• in the dressing room a refrigerator and open fireplace to create an atmosphere
• in the sauna wood heating
• water pump to supply hot water to the sauna and also to the main building

BBQ shelter and grill for approx. 10 people, wood burning grill
